here is one of my as confidential rated recipe, it sounds too easy, but only if you do it exactly like i tell you, you'll get the unforgettable taste.
Chicken Legs
before washing the legs, take the skin totally.
wash with water and squeezed lemon.
dry the legs one by one with kitchen paper.
cut each leg into two
make 2 deep parallel cuts in each piece (extremely important)
spice with salt, typical chicken spice and summak only
add fresh chopped garlic, the juice of a lemon and chili olive oil*
in the oven 225°c without air. after about half an hour turn the legs and keep for another 10-15min.
you'll get nice sauce in the tray.
to make chili olive oil: add to a bottle of olive oil many dry very hot red chili (jamal calls this chili زبر القط i hope you know now which one, or at least how sharp this is) and keep the oil for some months. The oil it self will be very hot, so that you can use it to spice up the food, like in this case.
ok, now you know you need to wait months to be able to make this recipe with the original taste, but for the time being you can use normal olive oil and add some chopped fresh chili over the spiced legs.
A good alternative to chicken wings. More meat, no chicken skin, spicy and you'll get fed before you stop feeling the taste. hmmmm

Sounds delicious, will try it out... but i have a better idea, in one week you can cook it for us ;) Oh, and don't forget to bring the chili olive oil with you...
